The condensate pro insulation pack contains three 1m semi-rigid insulation pipes and fits 32mm solvent weld pipe, perfect for protection against frozen condensate. Each length of insulation is protected with our unique UV-stable and weather-resistant coating, making it the perfect solution for external condensate protection. The insulation has been specially designed for easy cutting, mitering and bonding. 

With clean cuts and the use of the Condensate Pro PPS Bond & Seal, you create sleek, clean finishes around all pipework, offering maximum protection and a finished look. The Condensate Pro condensate insulation pack comes in a rigid, solid cardboard box, making the packaging environmentally friendly and easy to dispose of, as well as ensuring it gets from A to B safely in the back of the van, no matter how busy your day is.

Condensate Pro developed a hybrid polymer sealant that professionally bonds and seals condensate insulation. The deep black colour blends seamlessly with the condensate insulation and connection and termination kits, creating an unbroken look along pipes, leaving no areas vulnerable to freezing.

The Condensate Pro connection kit prioritises easy installation and high-quality design to ensure every external condensate is protected against freezing conditions and looks perfect no matter where it’s fitted.

Connection Kit 2 has been launched to make sure professional installers have everything needed to not only install to provide the very best protection but also comply with all regulations and Boiler manufacturer’s instructions.

Many boiler manufacturers are asking to take the insulation through the fabric of the wall to the inside or to take the insulation and seal it in the fabric of the wall.

This means that a 65mm hole is needed to comply, which then needs to be sealed correctly.

We have also had feedback, where a Pipesnug can’t be fitted, as the hole has been cored out or its too large and they need more Bond & Seal to make a quality seal around the fabric of the wall.

So we have removed the Pipesnug and provided 150g of Bond & Seal (nearly double the previous amount) in a tube that fits into a mastic gun, so you have more Bond & Seal and can comply with all MIs and regulations.

You can still use a Pipesnug if required as they are readily available from your merchants separately.

The termination kit has everything you need for a professional, hassle-free installation on-site. The 32mm solvent weld pipe termination comes pre-made so it’s ready to go right out of the box. The internal joint hasn’t been glued, so it remains adjustable to connect at any angle, providing seamless condensate pipe protection whether it’s connected to the soil pipe, rainwater pipe, soakaway, or drain as and when needed.

Servicing these days is more than just servicing the boiler only, the condensate pipe should also be part of the annual service, checking the installation and condition of the installation. With three sizes for overflow pipes and 40mm waste pipes, drilling larger holes as you upgrade the piping system is no longer a time-consuming problem.

50mm Clips are used for the Condensate Pro 35mm x 13mm insulation.

We've included one in the Connection Kits and Termination Kit, so installers know the correct size needed.

Each Combo Kit contains two clips, as the 1-meter length of insulation requires two. We've also made separate clip packs available, so you can purchase the same clips as those in the kits or opt for your own 50mm clips.
