The Condense Pro is a superb and innovative product which makes the external condense look professional, whilst making it very easy to comply with all of the current British Standards and boiler manufacturers instructions.

I’ve used Condensate Pro/ Primary Pro for a few years and it’s the only real option to protecting all external pipework It is the only insulation that gives real protection that is waterproof, UV protected and looks good. It’s been tested and now those proven results come to a Primary Pro. Even more important in maintaining the heat to meet your heat calculations and efficiencies! The bond and seal now goes into a silicone gun which is a massive upgrade on the original bond and seal makes the job much easier and cleaner.
Used this a few times now and will be using it on every external run from now on.

Before Condensate Pro, we just used unprotected condensate pipes for external condensate installations and hoped it didnt freeze. Merchants didnt have any products available to protect 32mm pipe but the regulations said that it had to be insulated. We took it as a grey area that had no resolution and impossible to meet the regulations. CondensatePro, to the best of my knowledge, is the only product on the market the complies with BS6798 for external condensate pipe insulation.
It's waterproof, UV proof, easy to maintain and comes with a purpose made bond & seal - allowing for expansion and contraction of the insualtion.
They're always inovating and improving the product, to make life easier for the installer. They've made a combo kit, a termination kit and a connection kit, to help the installer save time on site.
With accessories such as the grinder head and the drill drift kit, they've provided soltions to problems the installer has yet to encounter, along with explainer videos on youtube and their website.

As a professional boiler engineer and installer this is just what we’ve needed for years 100% no call back from customer on frozen condensate and totally eliminates boiler manufactures and insurance companies void claims for this reason.
